Elizabeth Richards Bailey is a Washington, DC based actor. She is a graduate of the acting program at The University of Maryland, College Park and completed the curriculum at the Studio Theatre Acting Conservatory where she now teaches in the Young Actor Program.

Elizabeth has appeared locally at The Studio Theatre, Studio Theatre Secondstage, Theatre J and Imagination Stage among others. She was a company member of Catalyst Theatre where she was part of the cast of "The Resistable Rise of Arturo Ui" which won the Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Ensemble as well as a Helen Hayes nomination for Best Director.

Film and Television credits include: "America's Most Wanted", "VEEP" and "The Wire".
